Deputy High Commissioner Kolkata Visits Goodricke

Kolkata, centre of the Indian tea industry, and home to our subsidiary Goodricke Group Ltd, is well known for its fine quality Assam teas.

Bruce Bucknell, Deputy High Commissioner Kolkata has a keen interest in agriculture, particularly how it fits with the landscape. When this became known to the community in Kolkata a host of invitations to visit the Assam tea gardens followed. For his first formal visit, he chose to see a British owned tea garden, being owned by the Camellia group Goodricke fit the part.
