Many of Goodricke’s garden workers migrated to the tea plantations from different parts of the country, creating a diverse background amongst their workforce.

In strict compliance to the Child Labor Prohibition & Regulation Act 1986 there are no forced workers in Goodricke’s gardens and their workforce population is gender balanced.
